This privately owned 6-bedroom villa is located within the prestigious gated Solterra Resort in Davenport. Guests can enjoy their own private pool and spa, as well as full access to Solterra's exceptional resort amenities—just an 11-minute walk from your front door. The resort features a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, children's play area, modern gym, internet room, and TV lounge. For active guests, tennis and beach volleyball courts are also available.

You're only 5 minutes from ChampionsGate and Reunion, offering a wide selection of family-friendly restaurants. The popular US192—with hundreds of dining and entertainment options—is just a short drive away.

Please note: Resort amenities are undergoing maintenance. The Lazy River will be closed starting September 7th (6 weeks), and the main pool will be closed for 9 weeks.

Resort Maintenance Update – Solterra Resort
Please note that the resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during your stay. The Lazy River at Solterra Resort will be closed for approximately 6 weeks starting September 7th, 2026. Additionally, the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately 9 weeks beginning in September. We understand how important these amenities are and appreciate your understanding as the resort completes these improvements. All other amenities are expected to remain open and available during this time.

We had such a lovely stay. It was really clean, spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. Toy Story bedroom was amazing and the kids loved it, especially the light-up wall which worked perfectly as a night light for our youngest. We also loved the upstairs family room for relaxing and watching movies together, and spent lots of time enjoying the sunshine around the pool. It was a great bonus that the resort fees were already paid for us, as you don't get that with many homes in Solterra. This one has definitely been added to our favorites list and we would happily stay again!

Villa was very nice, plenty space and nice decor and everything we needed. Games room and the pool were great for the teenagers.We went to the complex area only once and it was fine but we preferred just using the villa pool. Had a great trip and would recommend.

First and foremost, the hosts are fantastic. Very friendly and communicative. The pool was amazing and everything was nice and clean. My biggest gripe would be that the dishwasher is definitely ready for an upgrade (along with the kitchen faucet). It didn't work very well and I had to rewash almost everything. Other than that, this place was fantastic. My boys LOVED the star wars room and the theater room. When we weren't at the parks or in the pool (at the house or the resort), they were enjoying that big screen! Thanks again, and we'd love to go through White Rose's Villas again for our needs!

This place is perfect for large groups! Chris was very responsive early on to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly. The pool heat was perfect when the temps dipped to keep us swimming and in the whirlpool during the day and at night. Theater room and game rooms were a hit and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking often. We will definitely come back to this home again. The bedrooms worked perfectly and just the right number of bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Truly wonderful stay and host! Great community pool and lazy river options! Wonderful location as well.
