The room is very nice. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and both pools. All 3 bedrooms are spacious as well as the kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend booking this room if you're looking to stay in this area. The host is extremely responsive as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect! Property was very clean. I did however have some issues with the cleanliness of the room which I did address with the rental company so they could discuss with their cleaning company. One of the beds had issues with the frame slats and someone came within 2 hours to fix the issue. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT SERVICE! One of the elevators was out the entire time we were there and another went out. I think it is due to ppl holding the door open too long. There were signs in the elevator stating not to hold door open for extended periods of time or it would stop working. I would definitely recommend this place and stay in this room again. The rentalcompany was really helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

The view of the beach was beautiful. We did rent the umbrellas and beach chairs which enhanced our beach experience. We also enjoyed the pool. Our condo was conveniently located to restaurants. The 3b was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property owners were attentive and pleasant.

Overall great but could update the couch. It has no cushion left to it and your legs hit metal parts when sitting. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work at all so had to buy ice. The pans for cooking eggs needs updating as the eggs stick to pan. Lastly I feel if you are paying for a 3 bedroom condo, then you should get up to 3 parking passes as you can’t fit 10 people in 2 cars with luggage. You rent 2 bedroom then you get 2 parking passes, etc. other than these details, we had a great time and have come here for many years to Seaside.

So at check in which we checked in after 4 pm - code provided did not work had to call to get resolved and was issued another code. Condo definitely was too small for 10 people, although claims to sleep 10. Bathroom - one bathroom had tub and toilet in a super small area, but separate from vanity. Tub - toilet area very uncomfortable. 10 people cannot shower unless you shower throughout the day if you want a hot shower. Ice maker still an issue, livingroom area rug/carpet was gross - definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned professionally. Not sure why it has 2 microwaves but one above stove and one on counter - why take up counter space? Poor lighting and the only mirrors are the ones in the bathroom. Fan in livingroom did not work and the vacuum spits out the sand/dirt so that should be replaced. whole unit could use some updating. Not sure if mold or dirt on ceiling near a/c vent in livingroom but should be checked.

We’ve shared your notes with our operations and maintenance teams and will take the following actions: review the guest access/code process, confirm the listing’s sleeping capacity and sleeping configuration, inspect the water heater and ice maker to address hot water and ice issues, professionally clean or replace the living‑room rug, evaluate microwave placement to free counter space, improve lighting and add more mirrors, repair the living‑room fan, replace the vacuum, and inspect/clean the ceiling near the A/C vent for any mold or buildup.
