Sadly the condo was not very clean… the pillows and blankets provided were nothing anyone would want to use - had to run to the store to purchase some our first evening. Dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Shower curtain was gross and mildew in the toilet which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Curtains falling off the rods and broken blinds. Just overall needs a major update and fixing/ deep cleaning. The condo complex itself…. Both the women’s bathroom at the pool and the one outside the fitness center had poop ON THE FLOOR in 2 separate occasions. First thing in the morning too so not sure how that is allowed to happen. We had stayed here before but not sure we would stay at St Regis again. So very disappointed overall.

We wish we were notified of these issues while you were here so we could have fixed these issues and made every attempt to make it right.
