Close to Kylemore Abby and the Cliff's of Moher, this little getaway was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. There were also many beaches to comb!

Great host and property, quiet and decently close to public transportation. Some nice sights in walkable distance
Not only in a lovely location with great hosts who made us welcome but also the enchantment of a local pub with true gaelic music. The walk along the beach ( about 600 metres away) is an absolute must .
Loved the Connemara Escape! Woke up to seeing cows and rainbows outside. Great location. Easy access to stores and pubs. Can’t wait to stay there again. Hated to leave.
We stayed at the home for 5 nights and it was simply great! Check in was easy, check out was easy. The home was comfortable and spacious for 3 adults. The only thing I did not like, will not say complaint because there were none, was the wet bathroom. Paddy and his wife were very kind and available if needed. Luckily everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!!
The accommodation was quite clean and well-appointed. The view and beach down the road was beautiful. Although we never met our host, other family members helped us with a couple of glitches. The only thing that we found difficult was the wet room bathroom setup. There is no way to keep the floor dry and it required considerable cleanup after every shower. We've encountered this before in other countries and on a train but it is not something we like to have to deal with. Other than that, everything was fine. The family was quite responsive to any enquiries we had and the place was quiet which suited us.
Lovely place, very recommendable for a family. Calm, relaxed and spacious. We could cook, make some laundry and play in and outside. From the accommodation we made some nice trips to Connemara National Park, to Clifen and to Galway. The shore is also very near and we had a beautiful walk to the sea and even saw some seals.
