Why they chose this property
Queen Anne Cottage is located in one of Hot Springs’ most desirable historic neighborhoods, just two blocks from the iconic Bathhouse Row and the entrance to Hot Springs National Park. The cottage sits along what was once known locally as “Doctors’ Row,” where many of the city’s physicians built their homes in the late 1800s and early 1900s to be close to the bathhouses and hospitals that attracted visitors from across the country seeking the healing waters of Hot Springs. Today, the neighborhood is celebrated for its beautifully preserved Victorian architecture, mature shade trees, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional walkability. Spend your days exploring downtown’s restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and museums—all within an easy stroll from the cottage.
