Perfect basecamp for a fishing adventure! Place provided a restorative stay with all the creature comforts of kitchen items, nice shower & comfortable bed & places to hang fishing equipment etc. Great that all the windows could be darkened for sleep. Enjoyed the lighting in the place and ability to dim. The views of the outside and mountains were stunning! Felt the deck furniture could use a refresh but all and all a wonderful stay!

4th of July get away

Great location, great space for 2 people. Inside was amazing and plenty of room to spread out. The only negative we would give is the outside was taken care as well as the inside.

Right on the river, the views and sounds of the Arkansas were fantastic. Caught some big brown trout right out the backdoor. Would have loved to use the fireplace, but that may be a winter setup.
