Private entrance, ground floor 1 bedroom suite with comfortable living area, full private kitchen & full private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Home is new and very close to downtown Salida (1/2 mile), one off street parking spot, ultra-high speed internet and WiFi. The IKEA sofa makes into a Queen bed. Private ground floor Suite in a Duplex (living space above on second story) with huge, private outdoor patio with chairs and table. Big view of surrounding mountains. Mountains bike trails accessible from property, river close by. Good for a couple, solo adventurers & business travelers. Rental agreement required to sign for the protection of both parties.

Great Stay

One of the best stays I’ve stayed in a while. The place is well decorated and fully stocked for cooking and relaxing. Feels very homey. Only downside is we could hear the children upstairs running around in the morning. Overall great spot.

Sweet little place to stay while enjoying or working in Salida. Very clean, very easy to cook meals, very complete with all the essentials. Jamie was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend for couples who want to enjoy a nice stay close to Main Street Salida. Highly recommended!

We had a really good time. We didn’t do any cooking or eating in. We were always busy with wedding activities. One thing my husband wanted was a comfortable chair to sit in while he was reading. Ideally in the bedroom.

Excellent, convenient, cute little place. Great organization and use of small area. The cozy belated was also a relaxing place to chill and relax. Jaimie was great to text me when the vrbo app would not open on my end-the worst and only frustrating part of the trip was the vrbo app. I’d recommend this place fire anyone

The place was cute and clean! It is only a half mile from downtown, unfortunately, road construction kept us from walking there.It was surprisingly comfortable without air-conditioning.We would definitely stay again!

This place was cozy and just the right size for me (could be nice for a couple, too)! The kitchen was stocked with many items needed to cook meals. The owner, Jaime, kept in touch with me to ensure I had all I needed during my stay! THANK YOU!!!

Great location within walking distance of downtown. Well appointed apt and quick response by owner.Walking noise of above apt was not ideal but usually quiet late night or early morning. Good value...

Good but no frills

Basic lodging with minimum accessories - no dishwasher or clothes washer and old three burner stove. Otherwise adequate.Main problem is that there is very little insulation between floors so that in this ground-floor unit every footstep and loud voice in second floor unit can be clearly heard. The good news is that the landlord was very responsive to my complaints and called the upstairs unit to request quiet.

Nice place to stay in the small town of Salida. This place has everything that was needed, especially in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and the communication before check in and during the stay was open and friendly. Would recommend!

Cute Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The kitchen and bedroom were perfect for 2. It was a 15 Minute or so walk to downtown and the river park. Salida is a great place to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.
