Private entrance, ground floor 1 bedroom suite with comfortable living area, full private kitchen & full private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Home is new and very close to downtown Salida (1/2 mile), one off street parking spot, ultra-high speed internet and WiFi. The IKEA sofa makes into a Queen bed. Private ground floor Suite in a Duplex (living space above on second story) with huge, private outdoor patio with chairs and table. Big view of surrounding mountains. Mountains bike trails accessible from property, river close by. Good for a couple, solo adventurers & business travelers. Rental agreement required to sign for the protection of both parties.

Small but nice basement apartment. We had a question regarding some linens we needed and the host was immediately communicative and solved the problem quickly for us. Because there is a bigger apartment upstairs, it was noisy in our apartment due to feet running around upstairs in the early morning and evening hours. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and some food staples.

Jaime the host was super responsive. The place was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. In all, a great value and I would stay there again. My only minor quibble would be that I wish the bed pillows were a little bit more comfortable.

I stayed as a single traveler. The condo came stocked with coffee, creamer, and a few other staples, which I liked. It also came prepped with other essentials like soap/shampoo/conditioner, towels, dishes, and cookware. It was a nice middle ground between Denver and the Great Sand Dunes. It’s a great place for a solo traveler or couple.
