Cozy one bedroom that is the perfect get away for a couple, or for that one person that just wants to get away from it all. Comfortable sitting area offering Wi-Fi and streaming TV, please use your personal log in. The kitchen includes all the amenities from home, coffee pot (coffee provided).. The king size bed has a gel/memory foam mattress., and heated mattress pad for those cold Salida nights. Private off street parking for one vehicle. Patio with fire pit to relax and unwind, and enjoy the Salida cool evenings. Located just one and a half blocks from the Arkansas River and beautiful downtown Salida, you have numerous restaurants to choose from, including the casual along the river to fine dining. Numerous art galleries to explore, and shopping to capture everyone's taste and style. Sip your way through Salida's distillery and numerous micro brews. You are just minutes away from the best outdoor adventures Salida has to offer, including mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, rafting, hiking, soaking in nearby hot springs, and in the winter come ski or snowboard our local Monarch mountain! Unfortunately for pet lovers, we do not allow pets, the space is too limited. No need to strip the linens, we will take care of everything. License number 0372.

We enjoyed our cozy stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! We especially appreciated being so close to everything. It was nice to park next to the cottage and then walk everywhere.

The location is on a quiet alley access with no parking restriction. The cottage is small but has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is in walking distance to many popular attractions.

Beth’s place was perfect for our stay in Salida, with walking distance downtown and clean, cozy accommodations. Perfect for a couple or two people to comfortably stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful place and great location

The property was very cute, and it's located in a great area that is an easy walk to restaurants and the park. We took advantage of the shared patio while eating breakfast. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect Solo Retreat

Very comfortable cottage for a week-long ski trip. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at this property on my next trip to Salida.

Great little cottage right downtown

Perfect little cottage for my wife and I over the 4th of July weekend. Very well taken care of little cottage with all the supplies we needed for our long weekend.

Cute little cottage walking distance to downtown Salida

Very cute little cottage with a wonderful garden area which we really enjoyed sitting in after an afternoon of exploring and in the evening around the firepit. Location was great for being able to walk into downtown Salida and the river. Would highly recommend!

Nice place close to Downtown

First time in Salida visiting family that just moved to town. Nice town and great location within walking distance to downtown and many good restaurants and bars. Place was clean and has everything you need for 1-2 people in charming cottage. Comfortable bed. Would recommend and stay again.

Very clean and cozy

We had an excellent stay. It is the perfect size for 2 guests. The king size beds are rare in vacation rentals so this one was a special treat. The location can’t be beat. So close to downtown. I walked back and forth multiple times a day.

Cute, cozy cottage

We were very comfortable in this cottage for 2 nights. Easy walk to downtown to enjoy dinner and the a walk along the Salida Riverwalk to watch the sunset. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had a really nice water flow and showerhead.

Nice cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, quiet and safe. Very close to the main street of town. The bathroom is functional but very small. (Size for one user at a time). But the over all experience was a winning combination. Very would stay there again.

Nice place for 2 people

This was our second stay at the cottage. The king size bed is very comfortable and the location to downtown and the Riverside Park is great. The patio area is also very nice-abundant flowers and yard art. Know that this is a very small place and only meant for a couple. It is nice but if you need room to spread out this is not the spot for you. If you like cozy, excellent bed, location and quiet owners then absolutely, I recommend Tenderfoot!!
