Welcome to River Place Retreat Unit 4, a charming condo nestled in the picturesque town of Howard, Colorado. This delightful two-bedroom retreat offers a serene escape with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river, perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
This home offers:
~2 Bedrooms- both Queen size beds
~2 Queen Sleeper Sofas

~Well Appointed Kitchen
~Patio Area with Picnic Table

​​​​​​​All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Guest will be required to sign the Rental Agreement in order to receive check-in instructions. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest s credit card on file, as authorized by Guests approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Overall, had an excellent experience! We tend to prefer locations away from the crowds so this place was excellent - 15 to 20 minutes into Salida with a beautiful drive. Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate. Swing was not around any longer and access to river was doable but not as easy as it looked in pictures. We tend to cook in for breakfast and lunch/dinner and the unit could use more glasses and kitchen utensils. We also had some issues with the frig/freezer not operating as normal. As there is no A/C in this unit the one fan in the master bedroom did not work. Pinion was very prompt in communication and remedied requests for additional cookware and fans. They also let us use another units frig. for our stay. All in all a wonderful experience and would stay again!
