This place has everything you need to feel like you’re at home. Wonderful location that’s a short drive to monarch mountain ski resort and many other great locations in Salida and Poncha Springs. The hosts were very helpful for any questions or needs. Would stay again 100%!

Cute decor, nicely updated, and great hosts. The private patio next to the stream was good. Blankets were soft and cozy. Shared fire pit and back yard were a nice feature. Bunk beds were a little firm for the adults in our group, but fine for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee was delicious. Location was convenient and we would stay here again.

The perfect Poncha place!

I can sum up our stay by saying now that we’re home, we wish we were back. Dawn and Jimmy are THE nicest people. They made sure we had everything we needed including beer! Out of all the VRBOs we’ve been to over the years, this was our favorite. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat or have a beverage. We highly recommend staying here.
