Location was fantastic - very easy drive to FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium. Host was communicated constantly and was very flexible and helpful. We all loved the place and it was very clean and comfortable.

The inside of this townhome was mostly really nice. It's very clean, still smells new and the kitchen seems to be stocked well for cooking. On the downside the kitchen didn't have any sponges, dish cloths, towels, nor wine glasses, so bring your own if that matters to you. Maybe some of these items will be added soon.The furniture is very comfortable, with plenty of seating.The front bedroom really needs room darkening shades as it's in full daylight as soon as the sun is up.....around 6:30 when we were there.This house had 1 physical key. There were 4 of us staying there and this wasn't ideal. Would make sense to do like most other rentals and go to a digital lock for the door.Lastly, these items I didn't include in my rating of the rental as they're out of the host's control, but the neighborhood and surrounding area isn't very nice. The pool was very unwelcoming, only had about 3 chairs and the landscaping around the pool and the units was not kept up. The grass was about 12" high, and the front door area of our rental had snail shells and dirt/debris all over it. Communication with the host was great; 5 stars there.
