We had a wonderful stay! We were 6 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the quiet neighbourhood that was just a short walk from the ocean! Very clean and well stocked with thoughtful touches.

We were extremely happy with our house. The host had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was a large kitchen and great outdoor door space. The house was very clean. It was in a great location with nearby beaches, restaurants and stores. The hosts were always available if we had needed them. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We loved our stay in Wells! We especially loved that the beach was an easy walk from the house. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed the front patio for lunches and happy hour and a place to retreat and read. Franny was super responsive to our questions.

This was my first time renting a property in Maine and I have just come home feeling like I could have stayed an extra week! The house was top class. In terms of communication with the owner they went above and beyond what you could expect. They were exceptional because they checked with us on arrival that everything was as it should be…it was. I had some small questions for which I received immediate answers yet we were left alone for the vast majority of our stay but I knew that they would be responsive if necessary. The house was spacious with wooden flooring throughout, impeccably clean with high-end products provided in the bathrooms. The kitchen deserves a special mention in terms of space and equipment. N 86 was a major contributor to a great 2 week stay in Wells.
