Steven and I only live a couple miles away from the property so we are available for most anything if you need help.
Why they chose this property
It's a very private area on a private road. 325 feet of frontage on the Escanaba river with great bass fishing and swimming. There's a nice firepit and outdoor seating,
What makes this property unique
We are located at the deepest widest part of the river so swimming and fishing are great! Large yard for playing games and hanging out by the fire.
