This property exceeded our expectations! Accurate description, host extremely helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. This property was within a short distance to festivities, shopping and beach. I loved that the ferry is a 2-3 min drive down the street and 9 mins from Vineyaed Haven pier. Easy area to navigate! I will book again and also recommend this host and property.

The condo is in a perfect location. Close to Oak Bluffs to walk but quiet. The condo was very clean and comfy. Barbara was great at helping us get ready and had everything needed for a really nice stay. Plus you can't get any closer to Inkwell beach than here!

The condo was fabulous. Great location with water view that is spectacular. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Walk to all the shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Bike rack in back was convenient and condo is close to bike path. We appreciated the use of the linens and towels since we could not bring a car over. Barbie is wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. We loved it and had a great weekend. We can’t wait to go back again.

Barbara’s place is wonderful, comfortable and within walking distance to all things OB. Easy to navigate to other areas and close to coffee, groceries (Reliable market nearby) and if interested, a wine store. But best of all is the nearness to the beach and watching the sunrise of Nantucket Sound.

Wonderful Stay July, 2024!

What a fantastic place to unwind, relax and enjoy ourselves while visiting MV! The condo is well appointed and has a great flow in terms of layout. Love that the 2nd bedroom is away from primary. You cannot beat the location-right across from beach. Very peaceful complex .A short walk to Circuit Avenue too! Barbara is such a gracious host and of course, thinks of everything that you might need while staying there. Thank you! We cannot wait to return!

Mother daughter trip

My daughter and I spent a week in Oak Bluffs. It was our first trip to Martha's Vineyard, and it was as beautiful as we imagined. The condo location was perfect, we walked to the shops and restaurants every evening, and across the road to Inkwell Beach. We biked to Edgartown and explored the island. We did not really use the kitchen, but it did have everything we would have needed to cook meals. We did use the laundry, which was convenient to have available. This was a bucket list trip, and we came the week of the Jaws 50th anniversary celebration. It was a perfect week.

we had a great time and the condo was in a perfect location right next to inkwell beach. You could walk right into town. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and was very comfortable .

We had an awesome stay. Property was clean and owner anticipated most of our needs. There was only 2 TVs not 3 as listed but we didn’t miss it. We can’t wait to return.

The property was exactly as advertised and worked out very well for our trip. Very close to the Ferry and the views are unbeatable. Accommodations were clean and well done. The hostess is an excellent communicator. I would stay here again when I get to go back to Martha's Vineyard.

My Wife and I stayed at this condo 3 times now with he most recent being May 2018. We always book as close to Memorial Day as possible for many reasons. You can actually walk the sidewalks hand-in-hand without bumping into a crowd and most shops are open for the season. The condo is beyond belief. Comfortable, clean and the view! The owner has been terrific throughout the years. Very accommodating and super friendly. We have been going every other year, but eventually want to make this a yearly trip. We drive from Buffalo, NY and stay in Woods Hole over night and catch the ferry the next morning to the Island with our vehicle and don't forget your bikes! As far as the condo...we would never, ever even think of staying someplace other than The Seaview.

Very well appointed condo right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown Oaks Bluff stores and restaurants. My son was there to participate in the Martha's Vineyard Triathlon and the start of the race was literally right outside our windows! Great place, highly recommend!
