Inside continue to enjoy views from the 1,700 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with room to sleep 10, with additional sleeping space for 2 in the 12’ x 12’ bunkhouse. Open concept kitchen and living room with expansive private water views. It also features a 2-car heated garage for safe storage of vehicles during your stay.

Experience the water through boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Plus, witness amazing ocean sea life including seals, dolphins, and sea otters! You can also cook lobsters in seaweed on the fireplace.

Additional features include backyard games such as cornhole and croquette, board games, high speed wifi, satellite TV with over 900 channels, and a full home generator. It is also located just minutes to Bath, Wiscasset, and Boothbay and only 45 minutes from Freeport and 1 hour from Portland.
