This was our second time staying at a Haller Property and it was juat as excellent as the first time! Great location, ideal lay-out, gorgeous property, accessible for everyone (from 13yo-83yo), and the property has all of the amenities I hope to have in my home someday :)

It is wonderful to know that the property’s thoughtful layout and amenities worked well for everyone. Having two off street parking spaces is especially valuable in the heart of the Funk Zone, where so many of Santa Barbara’s local favorites are within walking distance. You can start the morning at Dart Coffee, spend the afternoon shopping or visiting nearby breweries and wine tasting rooms and finish the evening with dinner at The Lark or another neighborhood favorite. After a day at the beach, the rooftop deck provides the perfect place to relax. Great location in the funk zone. The house was amazing, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, nice small wine refrigerator for wine purchases. Highly recommend.

This house (actually a front-back duplex) was spacious, inviting, well-stocked and conducive to a lot of relaxation. The top deck with comfortable chairs, umbrella table, grill and fireplace were perfect for breakfasting, dining or just plain lollygagging.We could walk to many restaurants, and thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay. Hopefully, we'll stay longer next time.PS The communication with managements was timely whenever we had a question.
