The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip all used sheets, pillowcases, towels and leave on laundry room floor. Leave comforter and pillow shams on the bed. Keep up with washing your towels. Cleaning lady only does 2-3 loads of laundry
Empty fridge, throw all trash in our cans. No loose trash everything needs to be bagged. Trash days Monday and Thursday bring to the street night before or early morning. No recycling bag everything
Absolutely no smoking/caping inside you will be charged $500 per day of your stay if smoke smell is detected. NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES. We have cameras and will call cops. No one under 25 allowed to rent
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking inside! Will be fined $350 per day. If smoking outside do not throw cigarette butts in the yard or on premises.
No parties or events! We have cameras! Police will be called and you will be kicked out and prosecuted. Also Need copy of Drivers License before stay.
Please respect my home. We have detailed pictures and videos that are taken before and after. You will be charged for any damages or missing items.
