Starboard Tack Unit 3H - Experience your vacation in this spacious, clean, & well kept one bedroom condo with a wonderful ocean view. Starboard Tack is located on 144th Street in North Ocean City. Located just 1 building off the beach with ocean views from your balcony and just a few blocks walk to some of Fenwick Island's best restaurants, miniature golf & tax free shopping.
This condo can accommodate 4, and was updated with new living room furniture in 2024. It features a large, fully stocked kitchen with an updated coffee bar, a spacious living & dining area, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. New Living room sleep sofa, if you prefer more private sleeping arrangements. B Balcony not only has views of the ocean but also plenty of space to relax - you can even see the dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee. This property is located on the 3rd floor with steps to access. There is a storage locker at the parking lot level to store your beach gear & can also fit bikes. Walk & bike along Wight Street, which runs along the ocean-side.
Guest supplies the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a building laundry room for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for 2 queen size beds and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Ocean City bus station is conveniently located directly across at 144th Street & Coastal Highway. One off street parking spot is provided. Sorry No Trailer parking, due to condo association rules.
Condo rents any 3 nights in and off season. Non-smoking, non-vaping.
No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The location of the condo was wonderful and it was very neat and clean. It was a great value! The only issue we had is that the padlock on the storage area did not work with the combination provided. We were told to keep trying it and that the lock may stick due to weather corrosion. We were never able to get it to work so just kept our beach things in the back of our car. Also, we are a healthy family of four so the three story walk-up was not a problem for us, but may not work for others with health concerns or disabilities.

Review of property

We appreciated the convenience and location of the property but disappointed with some of the features. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The property did not have a toaster, a useable vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. We had to wash some of the dishes/silverware/pans because they were not clean. We could not get the blue ray to work, and the TV had minimal channels. We did find the beds to be very comfortable. Based on our experience, we felt the rental cost was too high for what we received so we would not rent this unit again.

Quiet & Walkable

The condo had all necessary items for the time we spent indoors plus it was a stone’s throw from the beach and a walkable distance to several great OCMD and Fenwick favorites. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and not crowded at all + very family-friendly for our toddler. When an issue arose with the AC, the property manager/owner helped rectify the situation quickly.
