The place was amazing. Cathy and Tom were very gracious and accommodating. They made you feel like you have known them forever. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Thank you so so much !! And the bonus Very impressive with cleanliness!!! Please dont hesitate to come again.
The home was perfect for our needs. It was clean and very comfortable. The host thought of everything and even provided some extras like coffee cakes and things we might need if we missed packing them. It is very close to Lake Erie so we enjoyed an evening strolling on the beach before dinner and then returning for a nights rest. It was a very enjoyable visit.
The property was spotless, the host was available for whatever we needed, which was nothing because everything was provided. We will definitely stay here again.
Loved our stay! Place was very clean, stocked with extras, easy to find. Worked great for our small group. Definitely would stay there again. Owners had great communication.
This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town! It had everything we needed. It was clean and super cute. You will not be disappointed staying here.
The beds were comfortable, which is always a positive note to start on. Plenty of amenities and toiletries supplied. This house perfectly matched what we needed for an overnight stay.
My grandson and I were visiting for the WWII Reenactment in Conneaut, and this was a perfect accommodation. The property exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and decor was lovely. Highly recommend. I look forward to our next stay.
As advertised, convenient location & parking. Host provided plenty of toiletries, plus water and juice in the refrigerator. Only thing I would change, is providing at least one bed with a soft mattress for the people who prefer soft. However, the couch is nice and soft, so that works too. Overall, a great stay!
This property was perfect for our construction company's annual team building trip. This year we rented a charter to go Walleye fishing at the lake and needed a place for our 6 employees to stay. We love the option of renting a house instead of multiple hotel rooms because the amenities and care from the host is so much more personal!I want to give a shout-out to the hosts because the refrigerator bit the dust while we were there, and they let us borrow refrigerator space in their home nearby, AND had a new fridge delivered the next day!

Thank you so much for your wonderful patience and understanding. Please come back any time!!
This was the perfect stay for us!! Super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed plus extras! Communication was excellent and process was very simple. Peaceful and safe location within convenient proximity of our destinations. Nice kitchen area, spacious(clean!) bathroom, cold a/c throughout, very nice bedrooms and sleeping accomodations, streaming TVs for everyone, ample parking on the premise. We only stayed one night because that's all we needed for our travel plans, but could have easily stayed longer and will look to so in the future. Highly recommend!
We never booked a house in the country before so we were curious as to what it’s like being outside the city but when we got to the house we were glad we booked this one. Nice and quiet location. It is a great place just off the interstate about 2 miles. Very convenient and clean. Had little things that made the stay even more enjoyable like shower soap/shampoo, phone charger chords, juice in the fridge, and toothpaste/toothbrush in case you forget them. Just a great overall cottage feel and an enjoyable stay.
Cathy’s house was VERY clean and she had lots of extra amenities to make sure our stay was comfortable including snacks, juice, toiletries. We came in after dark and the driveway was a bit hard to see, but that’s just something to be aware of, not a criticism. The history of the house and its former owner in the kitchen is interesting. Lake Erie is 2 miles away! I would stay here again. We got to meet Cathy and her cute dog, Thunder, in the morning before we left.

Just fyi someone turned off motion security light and we didn't know. It's on again with guard so can't be shut off in future for guests. Thanks!!!
This house was great. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, and the house itself. When I arrived the host stopped over to make sure I got in okay. Upon arrival the house I immediately noticed how clean the house was. Everything was organized. The house had nearly everything we could need for a long weekend. The host made us feel welcome and let us know that if there was anything we needed ask her. We are thankful for this stay, and will be using this house in the future!
