House was beautiful. Glenn prepared me well in advance for my upcoming stay. My daughter graduated from Clemson and was able to accommodate all family with a place to stay.

The house, rooms, baths, and location were perfect for our family of 14, including grandparents, parents, kids, and cousins. Everything was excellent, and we made some wonderful memories. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to clear the cobwebs from the ceilings and baseboards to match the high standard of cleanliness found throughout the rest of the house. Thank you for everything Glenn and for the great communication throughout. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.

This could be an amazing place. Great location and awesome boat dock. Unfortunately, it is not in good shape:I do not want to complain about the fact that there was not a single new kitchen sponge or that we found only 3 wine glasses in the house.But CLEAN fridges, ovens and drawers are a must! Also cabinets with no stains, a fully working gas grill, sinks and showers that are not clogged and enough towels can be expected.Given the price and advertising, we were just disappointed.The owner sent a cleaning lady to fix the worst on the second day but this house desperately needs a proper deep clean and some maintenance, too.Is seems as if they want to make money but without investing any. Retrospectively, it fits that the owner tried to charge us upfront with an extra cleaning fee for a non-shedding (!) goldendoodle and only let go when we sent him the service dog terms of VRBO.All in all: A great house with a lot of potential - but what a missed chance to give customers the experience they deserve for their money.

Within 3 hours of checking into my house I offered her a full refund and to check out the next morning. Wow after 5 yrs in the VRBO program and having a 5 Star rating, I meet an impossible person. I had a cleaning service there within 12 hrs of her 4 concerns with the house. But I knew she would be impossible to please. If my house was so bad why did you ask to stay 2 extra hours after normal checkout time of 10:00 AM. Of course I let her group stay 2 extra hours for free. I finally met a Karen...
