Ashley was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend her condo! There were many amenities and the location/view from the balcony are perfect! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again!

Property was clean and check in easy. Only 3 coffee cups for 4 people so one more needed. More plug ins for phone chargers would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property clean and the check-in process easy. We appreciate the suggestions regarding an additional coffee cup and more convenient charging options and will address those for future guests. We are, however, disappointed by the low rating given the circumstances surrounding this stay. After checkout, our cleaning team discovered blood damage to the sheets and comforter, as well as a washcloth soiled with feces. When we initially contacted you about the damage, you indicated that neither you nor your guests were responsible and asked that we not leave you a low guest rating. We later learned that a member of your party had, in fact, caused the damage. Once that was acknowledged, we made every effort to work with you. At your request, I spent considerable time working with Vrbo to have the low guest review I had initially submitted removed. Given the time and effort we made to resolve the matter fairly and accommodate your request, it is disappointing to now receive a low rating in return. We always welcome constructive feedback and work hard to provide a clean, comfortable property and a positive experience for our guests, while also hoping for the same fairness and consideration from those who stay in our condo. We hope other guests will consider the plethora of other 5 star reviews for our property.

We didn’t get to have a very long stay, just a long weekend, but it was wonderful. The property and property grounds were very clean. I was so impressed with the condo. I felt everything was thought of that we could have needed, down to a cute beach bag in each closet with towels! I really could have not packed half of what I did, considering it was all there. Unit was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped and that’s a 100 for me!! Our little family will definitely return.

This property was exactly as promised! We were very impressed with the location, the decor and the view. Beach access was super easy and there was plenty of parking available. The host was even so thoughtful to leave me a birthday balloon knowing I was there to celebrate. I hope to return soon!

Great central location and excellent communication from the host. The unit is right on the beach with a lovely caddy-cornered view of the water. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our tournament weekend, and having shops and dining nearby was incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again

This was a beautiful condo with a great ocean view. It was very well maintained and we even had access to a storage closet with all kinds of beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Everything you needed to cook at home was available including a pantry stocked with some spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. We noted that the outdoor patio furniture in this unit surpassed all the other units in looks and quality. The unit was exceptionally clean and sheets, towels and even beach towels were provided! The host immediately responded. We loved our stay! It is a third floor walk up unit, but we had no issues and fully appreciated the higher view and no one above us!
