We were very pleased with this accommodation. Location was perfect with every thing very close by. The small canals and gondola going by were picture perfect! One small suggestion would be to have blinds on the windows . We had to dress with lights off for privacy at night.That being said we loved this apartment and would recommend it for those looking for quaint 2 bedroom place.

Fantastic location and we loved the space of having two bedrooms! The AC worked great during the heat wave and any questions I had were promptly answered. We took a gondola ride, getting on right outside the apartment, would highly recommend! Thank you for the great stay!

The property is in such a fantastic location - next to a canal and gondola station witn pharmacy, laundrette, Coop, patisserie, green grocer and cafes nearby - only short walk to the basilica and yet away from the crowds. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was excellent and we were met near the water taxi stop and walked to the apartment. We'd definitely love to stay here again.

An amazing location with gondolas going right by your kitchen window. Easy walk to many things in about 10 minutes. Walk to the vaparatto. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The air-conditioning worked well even in summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was very comfortable. We would choose this location again.

A perfect spot to base yourself. Everything we needed and toiletries , coffee and tea provided. Loved the gondolas passing our window and from the front door stepped straight out into the real essence of Venice. Host very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

We loved this place. It was small, but perfectly lad out with everything we needed, and very clean. The lication was great - easy to get to ths action but also on a small, quiet square that let you get some peace from the crowds.
