"We were in Santa Barbara for a family members bday and decided to stay just a bit South in this beautiful home. My friends drove up from L.A. We loved the quiet neighborhood, practically private beach at times… and just the house itself with its beautiful deck overlooking the ocean! We wanted to see the area but we didn’t want to leave! The house was very clean and had more than everything that was needed. I was impressed with the extras like a toothbrush underneath the sink, and foil and baggies for cooking. Lisa was very responsive and reached out personally when I couldn’t get the site to work for an early check in. I would return to this spot in a heartbeat. We met people while there at the little local bar around the corner (Beachcomber) that had just loved going to the area for so long they finally just moved there, and we could totally see why! This was probably also the quietest area I have ever been to in California for a beach town which was peaceful. 10 out of 10!" Eydie September 2025
