Guest Access:
You will get a door code to the condo buildings front doors and to the condo unit. These will be in your check in instructions.
This condo is one of several in a larger downtown building: you will enjoy secure access as well as nice hallway with a modern elevator.
🚗 Parking Information:
We offer first-come, first-serve FREE parking behind the building with 6 designated spaces available to our guests. While we do our best to accommodate, please note that these spots are not reserved and availability is not guaranteed.
Each reservation is allowed one vehicle per stay, and we kindly ask guests to provide their license plate number at check-in for security and property access purposes.
If all spots behind the building are full, additional parking is conveniently located at the Easy Park Chinook Lot, just a short walk away on the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue and E Street.
This location leaves lots to walk around and see, so a car is not needed. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi are readily available all hours of the day.

If you plan to explore beyond downtown or visit surrounding areas, renting a car is recommended. We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold(not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

This stay was perfect for what we were looking for! Located within walking distance of just about anything downtown, parking was simple, the building was quiet, clean, and the room was well taken care of. We recommend staying here if you're in the city for a weekend. We will definitely be back!
