Plus, there is plenty of space for boat parking inside the gated property and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a sandy day at the shore.

The outdoor tiki hut entertainment area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring a smart TV, large dining table, hanging chairs, and a grill for outdoor cooking. When the sun sets, unwind around the outdoor fire pit with large chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows and relaxing under the Texas stars. Kids and fun-loving adults will love the netted trampoline, and the stunning 100-foot custom coastal mural provides the perfect social media-worthy backdrop.

Inside, this spacious 1,600-square-foot home features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full baths. The master suite boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double shower heads, while the second king bedroom also has a private ensuite. A fun bunk room is stocked with toys for little guests, and the fourth bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. For ultimate relaxation, all rooms include sound machines, blackout curtains, and Roku-equipped smart TVs in the larger rooms.
