My family had a wonderful stay the week of August 3-August 7. The property was very clean and had a wonderful view. Everything was great. The one recommendation would be to get cotton sheets. The polyester/synthetic fabric was a little hot at night. Overall wonderful experience!

House is lovely, lake is meh. I was looking forward to swimming and spending time on the lake. The water is very green and there are lots of lily pads at this end of the lake. Not sure if this is because it is later in the summer or it is this way all the time. The water toys (kayak and paddleboard) were in the garage and available but it is at least 50 yards or more to get them to the lake. The house is lovely. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nice to cook in. The hot tub was clean and hot and lovely to soak in. If you are here to enjoy sitting and being on the deck then this place is great. As a waterfront access property, not so much.

Great location! Quiet, nice views and short drive to shopping in Mt Vernon and activities in the Cascade Mountains. Kitchen well appointed... coffee maker, air fryer, adequate pots/pans, plenty of dishes/flatware. Great outdoor grill. Large deck with plenty of seating. Nice place!

Was it peaceful? Well it would have been if the security alarm had not been going off all night, every 51 seconds, all night long, our first night and for a few hours our 3rd night. There needs to be a better and faster way for management to resolve an emergency like this. We were compensated 50% for the 3rd night (which we very much apreciate) but nothing for the first night. We are all very disappointed with this. We feel owed in full for the first night, which went on until 9 a.m. the next morning. Searching for ear plugs and trying to have quiet time in the morning was impossible and not at all the experience we were expecting the first 24 hours. We understand when things are not in your control but this was your responsibilty and we feel that we have not been treated fairly, despite immediate, good and patient communication on our end.
