Hot tub was our favorite pass time any chance we got, also loved the games in the room. We had a lot of fun staying up playing cards next to the fire place in the living room to help knock the chill from the rain storm we were having. Absolutely would stay here again.

This was a terrific house for a girls getaway. Everything was super clean and organized. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! It was a short drive into downtown Hot Springs, and also not far to Harps (grocery store). Definitely recommend this home!

Great proximity to the park as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. We ventured just an hour and a half south to dig for diamonds as well. The house was possibly the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed!! Check in and out were seamless. Everything was so well done from the ease of check-in to the kitchen having everything!! My children (10,8,4) thought it was the best!

Great place, communication with host was outstanding! If you plan on cooking the kitchen has all you need, and a fully stocked coffee bar. There are three rooms, with two queen beds and one king. No loft, bunk beds, or pull out couches. If you double up the beds you can sleep six, or if someone sleeps on the couches possibly more. There is also a pack and play provided in one of the closets. There is a tons of room for kids to run and explore. Aside from where steps are located the porch has a large drop off, so if you are staying with younger kids that is something you'll need to be careful with.

The decor was esthetically appealing, and everything we needed for the stay was provided. I can’t say enough good things about this property! Everything was so perfect and the hosts have really thought of everything. The kitchen is more than fully stocked. There is so much seating indoors and outdoors which is great when you have a large group. The hot tub was wonderful. The giant connect four was a blast. The scenery beautiful. It’s perfectly secluded, while still being close to town. The beds were so comfortable! I only wish we could have stayed longer. This is definitely a place we’d stay in again! Thank you!!

It’s one of the last areas that still feels like the countryside, yet it's close enough to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions the city has to offer. We love the quiet, the open space, and the sense of calm that comes with being just outside the hustle and bustle
