About this property

3 Bedroom Townhome in Gated Community. Pet Friendly!

Our "Beckham Villa" is located in the gated Terra Verde Resort Community.
Located a 1 - 2 minute walk from the award winning clubhouse, this two-story villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with a private back patio and hot tub. The unit is fully furnished, complete with bed linens, towels and a full kitchen. Wi-Fi, cable and nationwide calling are included with your rental.

The community features a variety of amenities and features to enhance your experience such as:
- heated community pool with hot tub
- poolside Tiki Bar
- beach volleyball court
- tennis court
- catch and release fishing pond
- kids mini golf
- playground
- so much more!

We welcome dogs (under 25lbs) into our villa with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside of the unit.

The villa lay-out is a kitchen, laundry room, a large half bathroom, dining area and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, guest room 1 has a queen size bed, and guest room 2 has two twin beds. Guest rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

The full kitchen has the standard appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), pots and pans, and tableware (plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc.). The dining room seats up to 6 while the relaxing living room has a sofa with lounge style chairs.

An enclosed backyard makes for a private way to relax and to take your meals outside and enjoy the fantastic weather.

Basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) are provided to get you started (i.e., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel).

Please note - there is a $20 gate card fee charged by Terra Verde when checking into the community.

Additional unit - if you are a larger group we have two other villas of the same lay out next door and are happy to offer you a bundled rate.

Great place to stay for a visit to the parks.

We had a great stay at this vacation home in Kissimmee. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the Terra Verde resort is very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

The peoperty was overall really clean and well maintained. Was very beautiful! The listing, however, did not mention a 25 parking fee. But other than that, we loved this place!
