About this property

Amagansett Home, Newly renovated

Charming, cozy home, three bedrooms, two baths. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Easy walk to the center of Amagansett town, Hampton Jitney stop, train station, Amagansett Beach. 10 minute drive to Montauk.

The bedrooms include the Master (Queen Bed), One Bedroom on main floor (Queen Bed), and a third bedroom with two single beds, perfect for Children. Each bedroom has its own cable television.

The home has been remodeled including a brand new kitchen, new paint, new floors. Also includes an outdoor private shower, outdoor gas grill, and many extras.

Prefer rentals to families, for which the house is very well suited. Also consider small groups, but only with the understanding that this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Amenities - Towels, sheets, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, high speed internet (Wi-Fi), washer and dryer

Like many houses in the area, part of being close to the train station means be close to the train. If you are inside with the air conditioner on, you may or may not notice the trains.

Tom’s house was exactly what my family was looking for a long week at the beach. We appreciated how clean the house was upon arrival and how well stocked the house was for everything we needed. The only thing to note is there is no dishwasher but outside of that, a perfect week!!!

Beautiful and comfortable house

We had the nicest at this truly lovely house! It was so comfortable, spacious & modern. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect mix of having places to go for privacy (to take a quiet nap) but also to join the family in the spacious gathering spaces. The living room was our favorite to hang out together, comfy reclining couch seats enough for all 5 us to spread out. It’s a few min drive to Amagansett beach and you can see the ocean from the top deck (where we went nightly to star-gaze). Thanks for giving us the best vacation!!

Great location

Loved that the house was walking distance to the beach and actually very convenient being on 27 - you couldn’t hear the highway at all. Also, got used to being by the train. Layout is great and easily slept 5. Only issues were 1) check in closet had a lot of bugs - I might move the lockbox, and 2) the window ACs are a bit loud - it might be worth installing mini splits in the bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is in great shape and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time and Tom was great. He is available via text and responds immediately. The best part of the experience is the proximity to the beach. The walk is 5 minutes at most and allows plenty of back and forth with no hesitation. We have no complaints.

Great house

The house was great! Everything is very clean, the house is spacious and the location is convenient. Checking in was really easy and I appreciated the use of laundry—a really nice perk for when you’re going to the beach so much. The only downside I could see is some noise, being so close to the train and road, but no one was bothered by it all.

Cute Beach Home, Perfect for Couples!

We stayed at this property in Summer 2020, and we had a great experience! Tom (the homeowner) was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The home was spotless when we arrived (which was important to us, especially having gone after the Covid quarantine). Would recommend for couples looking for a nice getaway!

Absolutely Perfect and very Clean

Tom is an a fantastic host and his house is beautifully renovated in a lovely location. We were coming from New York City and cleanliness was very important and not only was the house spotless and disinfected but Tom’s consistent and quick communication helped ensure everything was secure and working. Tom went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and couldn’t have been more helpful. The beach is a few minutes away, and you can hear the ocean from the roof. We will definitely be back - we’re already planning out next stay.

The house was very fresh and clean with new appliances and comfortable furniture. It is in a great location re the beach and town. Everything worked perfectly. We loved the Jacuzzi and the fireplace! Two suggestions ... 1- a hand rail on the stairway 2- a king size bed
