Cute and Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is the perfect spot for Ski or Snowboard adventures close to Home Run or short walk to the resort shuttle bus stop, XC Ski touring, mountain bike trails nearby & Bear Lake beach access in the summer. Perfect for a couple or a small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy all that Bear Valley has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all garbage is taken to the garbage chute located in the hallway on the right hand side (an additional charge of $25 per bag applies for any garbage not removed from the unit).
Please ensure that all used dishes are washed, dried and returned to their original location, (an additional charge of $50 will apply for dirty dishes left after check out).
Please make sure that all heaters are off and the main heater is set to 40 degrees. Please lock the sliding glass door and put the rod back in the track.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property is older but in great shape. Our crew was working in Bear Valley and needed a place to sleep, this fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely use the host again next time!

This was a great condo for our little group of 3 (2 adults, one small child) for a quick weekend getaway to the sierras. The property had all of the amenities we needed, was close to the activities we wanted to do (fishing, boating, hiking), and the owners made the communication a breeze. Will definitely add to my arsenal!

Very convenient location, it was clean and worked very well for us. I would recommend this place if you want to ski and have easy access.The heating could be updated, it works and we were plenty warm however it’s old and loud.Owners were very responsive to my question when we arrived. Parking was great they plowed each day and kept it clear for parking right next to the condo.
