Very clean! Location is amazing and felt safe.One parking space is available which was great but on game days etc the other spots are sold so it’s difficult to get in and out of your spot. We only moved the car once so this wasn’t a big deal. We weren’t a fan of the folks parking the cars back there, had to help another person get out of their spot because the parking attendants were barging dismissive and it was tough to get them out. In general you shouldn’t have any issues but we were glad we didn’t drive the truck instead of the car. A large SUV or full size truck would be extremely tight and probably wouldn’t park well here. This is noted in the listing so pay attention to that part!The VRBO owner was super friendly and helpful. The house is perfect and stocked with pretty much everything you would need! There was laundry detergent, board games, even tampons in the bathroom. Such a thoughtful VRBO owner really!!The full bath is upstairs so be aware of that if anyone has mobility issues. Walking to the wharf, restaurants, stadium etc was all very easy. We took Ubers and did the line scooters over to the national mall. All in all, I would 100% stay here again when we visit DC!!
