Nestled in Rotonda West, this delightful house boasts 4 bedrooms - 3 with king beds master en-suites and 1 with a twin bed. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub, shower, and even a jetted bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers amenities like a washing machine, AC, and WiFi. Although constructed as a 5 bed, 4000 sq ft luxury villa, ‘The Palms’ has been professionally furnished as a large 4 bed for up to 8 discerning guests. It will appeal to those seeking a much grander than the typical 2000-2500 sq ft home. It has a large south-facing pool and deck area, not overlooked, within half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens. The home stands on an oversized corner lot within a quiet, select residential area. We also own the lot behind the house, to the rear of the pool area, which is fenced and grassed for extra privacy.
Three of the four bedrooms are American King-Size (6 inches wider than UK Super King-Size) Master en-Suites. The third bathroom can optionally be shared with the 4th twin room (2 x separate single beds), accessed from the bedroom corridor via a separate lockable door. The home is therefore ideal for three couples sharing, each having their own USA King Size master en-suite.
There are two separate TV lounges, plus a further lounge, dining room and a breakfast area overlooking the pool. Equipment includes 6 tv's (cable to all rooms, with HD digital cable/Netflix to main lounge 75" TV), DVD players, fast wireless broadband and radio/intercom is fitted to all rooms and the pool deck.

We have owned our home in Rotonda West for over twenty years. The primary reason we own the property is we live in it for around three months each year, so we maintain it to a very high standard.
Why they chose this property
We chose this part of Rotonda as it is quiet, being off the main circle roads without being too far from the main exits. The standard of housing in this part of Rotonda is very high.
What makes this property unique
In the past we have rented homes all over Florida. Most of them have one large living room with bedrooms opening off the main area. Our home is much larger than most, with three of the four bedrooms located off a corridor on the other side of the home. There is also a separate TV den lounge behind two sliding doors. Guests sharing the home can therefore enjoy space apart as well as time together.
