Stella’s Sandcastle is a spacious 5BR/3.5BA townhouse in Kensington Park, just a short drive to Bethany Beach and centrally located to many attractions. Private deck overlooking Assawoman State Park. Enjoy the community pool during the summer.

Keyless entry and linens are included for your convenience. From 6/27-9/6, rentals are Saturday-Saturday. *During the 4th of July holiday, the minimum has been reduced (June 27 - July 1, July 1-6 and July 6-11).

There are no pets or smoking allowed. Per HOA, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used bed sheets and towels in the provided linen bag; leave the bag in the foyer.
Return the pool key to the hook on the mirror near the entrance table in the foyer.
Set the thermostat to 75 degrees. Close all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family of six had an amazing stay at Stella’s property. The townhome was very clean and thoughtfully decorated with many charming touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay especially convenient. We also loved the beautiful natural light that came through the windows. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!
