Jason was very communicative throughout our stay, fielding basic questions to working through some more complex issues. It was really nice to have a host like him for our trip. This was a 5 star all around stay.

We enjoyed having you and your guests. You’re welcome anytime!
This home was absolutely beautiful! Having a morning cup of coffee overlooking the lake was incredibly rewarding, the accommodations that the host made for our group was spectacular, and the amenities that come with this property said it far above the other options we had in the area. From the arcade in the garage, the pickleball court availability, the pickup basketball games we played in the driveway, the late nights in the hot tub and pool, the upstairs loft above the garage for the folks that liked a quieter scene, this house had it all! Highly highly recommend a stay at Mona Lake Escape!

So happy you enjoyed your stay! We welcome you and your group back in the gut.
The house was gorgeous and the host was great! The layout is perfect for a group and the pool and backyard were amazing! Close to beaches and lots to do on property. It’s an amazing place and we had so much fun.
We enjoyed this place very much. Very clean, great setting, pool and hot tub were a hit. Large yard and nice dock for boat. Lots of room for parking. Great communication with the host! Would definitely consider returning!

My wife & I had just walked in the door from Norton Shores. I don't even know where to really begin with this, but we start with our first view of the in-ground pool of NEON GREEN water. The biggest draw for us, our kids, and 9 grandchildren. Minutes after, we encountered the hot tub also not ready for arrival as the water was cold. Our first day on the property with the 19 of us ended up a bust! This property was NOT ready for occupancy at check-in time. The Master Suite was beautiful but the hot tub there couldn’t even be used because the drain plug was broken. Also, the water in the master shower was barely a trickle even though water wasn’t being used anywhere else. Toddlers couldn’t take baths (they don't like taking showers) because the drain plugs in those bathrooms were also broke. There were lots of other issues that we experienced, as gorgeous as the house and setting were. When we got home, we emailed the host a few different times along with a call. We have been completely ghosted by him. We had tried to give our host the chance to make things right, but he gave nothing. My wife and I are not complainers, but we paid a luxury price for what should have been an epic stay. Beauty isn’t all that matters...
I’ll actually would you rate this property a 20 out of 10 ! It was so beautiful, so clean, beautifully furnished, and it fit our family of nine perfectly! We had so much space that no one was ever bumping into each other! The outdoor facilities were phenomenal. We spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool, fire pit, and kayaking, along with fishing off of the, this area of Michigan is absolutely beautiful! Our host always respond promptly to watch any request or questions that we had! We are definitely looking forward to coming back, if you’re considering this property, it’s a no-brainer book immediately!
