The Space:

Step inside Riverwalk Landing and discover a thoughtfully designed home where modern style meets inviting comfort. With accommodations for up to 14 guests, the spacious layout invites you to relax, gather, and make the most of your time together.



IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE: Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. In accordance with City of Tampa regulations, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, meaning no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.



If your trip plans involve late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit. To help maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors, we use neighborhood-friendly noise monitoring devices that measure volume levels only (not conversations).



We love hosting guests who will enjoy the home and treat the neighborhood with care. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.



MAIN FLOOR:



Stepping through the front door, you're welcomed by a stunning hand-painted mural celebrating Tampa's most beloved landmarks — a bold introduction that instantly sets the tone for your stay.



The main floor unfolds into a bright open living space where the kitchen, dining area, and living room are designed to bring everyone together. The kitchen, complete with a large center island and premium appliances, is perfect for preparing group meals or gathering over coffee and conversation.



Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming place for shared meals. The living room completes the space with comfortable seating and a large TV, inviting you to unwind after a day exploring the city.



Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead outside, where the mural continues across the garage wall, extending the home’s distinctive character into the outdoor living area.

ENTERTAINMENT LEVEL:



Journey upstairs to the third floor where the home’s dedicated game room awaits. This lively space features a pool table, foosball table, an infinity game table, and a separate table perfect for card games or board games, along with comfortable lounge seating and a large TV ideal for game days.



A bar area with a fridge and sink makes it easy to mix drinks and keep refreshments close at hand while enjoying time with your group.



Step outside to the private balcony and take in sweeping views of Armature Works, the Hillsborough River, and downtown Tampa’s skyline, an incredible vantage point for sunrises, sunsets, and sparkling city lights.

OUTDOORS:



Riverwalk Landing’s outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and recreation.



Just beyond the open-concept living area, sliding glass doors lead to the screen-enclosed heated pool and hot tub. The covered patio features comfortable lounge seating, a dining area, a gas fireplace, and a large TV, creating the ideal setting to relax poolside day or night.



Across the backyard, the hand-painted mural first introduced inside the home continues across the garage wall, extending the home’s vibrant character into the outdoor space.



To the side of the home, a turf-lined yard offers bocce ball and putt-putt golf, perfect for a little friendly competition among family and friends.



Inside the garage, guests will find even more ways to unwind and stay active. A well-equipped gym includes a state-of-the-art rowing machine, free weights, and additional fitness equipment. The space also features table tennis, darts, cornhole and city bikes, perfect for a quick ride to Armature Works or a scenic trip along the Riverwalk.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Tampa ordinance. During this time, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.



POOL/SPA HEAT: During the cooler months, the pool is heated to approximately 83°F at no additional cost. The spa heats separately and can reach temperatures of up to 102°F.



PETS: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a furry companion.



PACK ’N PLAY: A Pack ’n Play is available at the home upon request for guest use during your stay.



CONSTRUCTION: Our neighborhood is growing quickly, with new homes and improvements being added to the area. You may notice some construction during the standard daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop into one of Tampa’s most desirable locations.
