Welcome to Shoreline Estate - a coastal haven designed for families and friends who crave the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and style. Just a short stroll from the shoreline, this five-bedroom resort-style retreat offers spacious living, a private pool oasis, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen ready for unforgettable meals and memories.

This home features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms that are ideal for families or groups. Two rooms feature a king bed, one of which is the master with its own fireplace. Two rooms feature queen beds. The last room has two twin beds and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top. Also provided are two 6-inch twin XL portable mattress with memory foam for those two extra guest you did not want to leave behind.

The Chef's kitchen contains high-end appliances with a 6 eye gas stove, two ovens, a warmer and generous prep space. Plenty of dishware for everyone and plasticware for eating by the pool. The kitchen overlooks the open-concept living area with natural light and coastal decor and a large fireplace. The sunroom is the perfect place to relax and have coffee in the morning.

The private pool features sun loungers, outdoor dining, gas grill, and gas firepit surrounded by lights for the night time swimmers. Pool can also be heated or cooled for extra fee. Pool floats, toys and basketball goal provided gives everyone games to play while making memories in the pool.

The open side yard provides a treehouse for those rambunctious kids to climb, slide down the fireman's pole, or swing on zipline. Also tetherball, badminton, croquet, and basketball is provided. On those rainy days, lots of indoor card games, board games, and kid's blocks to keep everyone busy.

Throughout the house, there are many smart TVs, high-speed Wifi and work-friendly spaces. Only a short drive to Atlantic Beach or to the historic downtown Beaufort. Plenty of shops and local dining. There is something for everyone at this home.

We took a quick family trip and stayed at this property. The home is lovely, well maintained, very clean, and super welcoming the minute you step into the door. The backyard pool was the perfect oasis to spend time with our family and just reconnect away from our busy schedules. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a time to reset!

We were an extended family gathering for a wedding. The house was fantastic. Spacious, clean, user friendly that nothing was a burden even when cooking for our large group. The pool is wonderful and location is excellent. We would without a doubt stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. The pool is perfectly delightful. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. It’s close to the beach and amenities in the area. The property also has all kinds of outdoor games and activities to keep children occupied. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

I would give a 10 if I could. This house was beyond perfect! Very spacious and fully stocked with everything you will need including beach towels! Beds are comfy and cozy. Kids loved the pool and play area (even though mine are older). Kitchen has more gadgets than I have at home! Thank you for the perfect spot for our out of town family come together. All of us loved your place and we WILL be coming back. Oh. Their book about things to do and places to eat is the best I have seen and spot on.

Everything was perfect and as described! The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to Mitchell Village Community Park where we collected shells in the morning, plenty of privacy around the property, and the beach access at W Glenn St was a short drive. The pool was clean and large enough to accommodate the 8 of us. All the supplies we packed were not necessary, everything we needed was provided for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay!
