Full kitchen with all amenities, washer/dryer, large dining room that seats 12, 2 living rooms, fantastic outdoor shower with changing area, large wrap around downstairs deck with BBQ - 2 sitting areas, upstairs deck with ocean view. Very family friendly, steps from surfing beach and a short walk to life guarded beach.

We had a wonderful time !! Kathy was extremely responsive and gracious. The house was in a perfect location a few steps from the ditch plains beach and a short drive to town, golf and the marinas. The house was spacious, clean with lots of outdoor space as well. Highly recommend!!

Great house, great location

Had a wonderful time here. The location is incredible (few hundred yards from the beach), Kathy is very responsive, and the house has a very true Montauk feel. Would recommend 10/10

Special getaway

From the get-go, we had an amazing experience at "Grandma's House". Info and instructions were very clear. Kathy was extremely communicative and responsive to any issues/enquiries we had. And we were happy to know that the property belonged to a beloved family member whose spirit was alive and well there. The property was spacious enough for us to keep Covid social distancing in mind, and the view/location was perfect for our needs. Everything was comfortable and we felt like we were staying at our own family's beach house. It was a sincere pleasure to stay at Kathy's place and we are forever grateful for her accomodating us (pun intended) every step of the way. THANK YOU, Kathy, for the good vibes! Amazing location and host

We enjoyed this home as it was steps away from the beach and was very accommodating for a group of adults. The host was very responsive and clearly outlined all of the home’s whereabouts. We highly recommend this rental!
