Plenty of room to spread out across this house! Host thought of the little things, lots kitchen things available too. We didn't wanted for anything here. Pool & deck was relaxing, games for kids available too.

The pool was clean. The pool area was decorated so cute and had all the things you’d need to cook out and enjoy the area. Loved the little extras like a few coffee pods, one ice cold bottle water for every one in our group.

Very nicely remodeled home. Nice kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Large family room area. Great outdoor area and pool in the back yard. The only negative is the location. It's definitely the best house in the neighborhood.

Excellent all around! Super clean and lovely. Nice to have laundry available but there was no soap sadly. Master suite is gorgeous. All the games were new or newer and a lot of fun for our three year old and the adults. Kitchen very pretty. The area didn't look like the best area of town but not sketchy.

Emy was a great host! Excellent communication before I arrived and while there. I really enjoyed how clean the house was and how comfortable the flow of the house was. The house had a beach feel but also felt like a home away from home. The pool was pristine, great way to beat the heat and relax! Highly recommend and will be back on my next vacay

House was great. Clean and spacious. Kitchen stocked was stocked, bathrooms had soap, shampoo, etc. You really just need to bring yourself. Backyard was amazing. Pool was great, all kinds of pool toys for the kids, a grill and a fire pit. Host Emy definitely thought of it all when it comes to entertaining. Emy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Now with all that being said, i did read other reviews before booking that said the neighborhood was an older neighborhood, and that the house was the nicest house in the neighborhood. I would agree with both. The neighborhood is definitely questionable but so is the surrounding area in general. Lots of closed or vacant stores/buildings. However, we were here for a baseball tournament and didn’t spend much time in the area. We would often be on Merritt Island or the Space Coast Sports Complex - about a 18-20 minute drive away. We would stay here again, just wish the house was in a little nicer area.

The house is in a great location, very clean, felt like home. The kids had a blast in the pool, lounge chairs for relaxing and tons of pool or beach toys there to play with. The host was great at getting back to me with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this for anyones future stay.
