Check in was easy. Loved the condo and accessibility to the pool and beach. Husband got bed bugs real bad-had to go to walk in clinic and got oral steroids. We brought this to this agency’s as well as Phoenix III property manager’s attention. Showed them all his bug bites. They did not seemed the least bit concerned. I’m concerned for the next rentals. 55 for parking was too much. Hallway light still shone through the blinds and curtains to bedroom-would be very helpful if they had room darkening curtains. Otherwise-everything was good.

Just right

Place was as described. Only negatives would be toilet issues when we arrived, bedspreads were wadded up in the floor on arrival and no dish/washer soap. I had to plunge the toilet a few times, we didn't use the wadded up bedspreads and one trip back to the store for the soap. We enjoyed it and would definately consider it again.

Wonderful summer vacation

This ground floor property was absolutely wonderful! You open up the patio door and the pool and beach are right there. Check in was easy. The night guard could have been a little nicer but ehh, we let that go. The room is exactly how the description tells. The only negative, one roll of toilet paper doesn't cut it. Luckily the store isn't too far out. Liquid Dishwashing soap would be nice. But those are small things compared to the wonderful time we had. We will return next year!

Family and Friends Beach Trip

The location of the condo was excellent. We were able to bring our tents and chairs off the beach each day and leave them on the patio. It was nice just walking out to the pool. Walking distance to shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. Mattresses on the bunks are probably good for small children not very comfortable for teens. Nice appliances. The blender was broken, called on Tuesday and and again on Thursday. The blender was not replaced before we left on Saturday. We had a great vacation, we would stay here again.
