Enjoy lake views from the back porch rockers or unwind on the patio. The property features a double dock with deep water access—ideal for swimming, fishing, or soaking in the view. Please note: the boat currently in the dock is not included in the rental, but there is space on either side for guests to tie up their own boat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Set downstairs thermostats to 78°F (or 55°F for heat)
• Turn off the upstairs HVAC unit using the remote
• Make sure the upstairs bedroom door is closed
• Close all blinds and doors
•
Lock all doors (do not use the bottom lock)
• Move all outdoor cushions onto the covered back porch
• Take trash out to the can and move the can to the road
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
