Awesome place with an easy walk to downtown shops and local restaurants. It's also really close to a nice path down to the water by the harbor. We really enjoyed our time there. Maine is beautiful.

Great location and accommodations , however , listing did not specify that there is an extra fee if you have pets . Fortunately the owner communicated to clarify the fees . Very nice overall .

A sweet & cozy 1 bedroom 1st floor apt in a great location. Large bedroom and living/ dining area. Nicely furnished with a comfortable sectional in the living area and a compact but functional kitchen. Great for 2 people or a family of 3. Close to Acadia and Bar Harbor, several Lobster pounds, easy walk to Southwest Harbor town and marina with many places to eat, with some shopping. In season, a free eco bus takes you into Bar Harbor where you can link up with other buses to Acadia. Easy communication with the host, who assisted with a TV / personal firestick issue. A surprise water view access on the property was great for viewing sunrises over the water if you don't want to walk another 5 minutes to the marina. Don't forget to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine on the Adirondack chairs after a long hike! The stacked washer / dryer really came in handy for a longer stay. We'd rent again.
