Escape to this peaceful 2-bedroom cabin retreat in Manistee. This is modern cottage with all the amenities for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Our property sits on 5 acres and is bordered by thousands of acres of the Manistee National Forest. Its quiet and remote, but centralized to many popular Northern Michigan destinations Relax around the fire in the evening, and explore all this incredible area has to offer!
The cottage itself is an open design with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.One bedroom has a queen sized bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full sized bed.

Enjoy our backyard using our charcoal grill, patio, and beautiful fire pit.
Head to the beach town of Manistee for the famous Lake Michigan beaches, shopping, dining, and the Little River Casino. Caberfae and Crystal Mountain for skiing and golfing. The well known Big M trail for mountain biking, hiking, and cross country skiing. The North Country Trial is just down the road too. The Manistee forest had endless miles of snowmobile and ORV trails. Tippy dam and other great fishing holes are near by so you can fish to yours hearts content, or just float down the Manistee River. We are just over a hour from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City and worth the drive!

This little cabin in the woods was a perfect place for us to spend a weekend away! The peace and quiet was priceless!!We were close to Manistee , where we had a wonderful time kayaking, shopping and dining.

This cabin was a perfect spot to stay for our hiking trip in the Manistee National Forest. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Carla is a wonderful host!
