Erica was quick to respond when I reached out to her regarding our upcoming stay. The house was clean and the pool was warm - our family had a great stay. The area was great - many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

The location, the house, the pool. So perfect. Very clean and perfect for a quick getaway. I love the old school Florida vibes and Lauderdale by the Sea is one of the best kept secrets of all Florida vacation destinations. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Perfect location off the beaten path but close enough to walk to everything! Home is comfy and exactly like the pictures. The best part is the private backyard oasis w/ pool. The hosts, Erica and James, were always super quick with communication and great to work with. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic experience! Great location being walking distance from both the beach and grocery store. Host communication was easy and Erica when out of her way to text me directly when the VRBO messaging app was having some issues.Thanks again for a great stay!

This place is perfect! We would choose it a 1000 again. Two bedrooms and two bath. Great for two couples. Decorated very nicely and all the beach goodies you need to borrow. Actually we would have been happy to hang at the pool. Hope to travel back again.

This listing was perfect for our family! It is less than a block to the grocery store and a great brunch restaurant. There is a playground close by for younger kids. The beach was a short walk as well and the house was fully stocked with beach gear!!! We decided against a car while staying and the walk to the nightlife was about 1/2 mile and perfect for a stroll on the beach. Our weather wasn’t perfect so the pool was the absolute best! It was heated and we could jump in whenever we had a break from the rain! I cannot recommend this place enough. It was so nice to have our own personal oasis!!

The home was great, very clean & cute. However the outdoor area was a bit misconstrued from the photos in the listing. The photos portrayed that the area was much nicer than it actually was. It was not terrible, but the grass was overgrown, the umbrella did not work & the pool was dirty. The host did get us a net when we asked for it, and did clean the pool for us, so that was great! Not a terrible stay at all for the price. I made host aware of the outdoor area for the next guests :) it was about a 10 min walk from food (downtown), wasn’t terrible, and about a 7-8 min walk from the beach. Close to a Publix. Be aware there is nowhere to use the restroom on the beach area that is nearby the home. We ended up ubering a few times to the nicer area of Ft Lauderdale (South of the home), was well worth it. Overall, good stay!
