We were given an email from the host. They gave us the wrong unit number with a pass code. We walked in and someone else was renting the unit. Security factor was breached. We were unable to contact with the host even texting the emergency maintenance number. Called VRBO and was on the line for over one hour. Terrible experience. Finally went to hotel at 10 pm. Crazy. Kareem with VRBO supervisor was amazing!! 100% reimbursement
