Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and Sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

This was a great unit for my husband and I for a quick getaway to St Augustine. Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of everything! Would definitely recommend staying here!

During our stay, we encountered a snake at the laundry area and the nice lady who takes care of the rooms helped us, without hesitation, move the snake that was in the door area. C6 was adorable & absolutely perfect! The apartment has been beautifully updated, but still has precious details of time past... Like the crystal doorknobs & adorable kitchen sink faucet. Super clean & everything comfy! We LOVED the yellow buildings and especially the courtyard paths to begin our exploration of the city. It was so nice to be in the middle of things & just to walk to get there! We would love to come back and maybe stay in another of their apartments.. just so I can see how cute they all are!

Great place for a getaway

The apartment was super comfortable and clean. It was convenient to get to and the on site parking was big plus. It’s an easy walk to the historic district but far enough away to be quiet when you want downtime. We’ll definitely stay there again.

This location was ideal to the city of Saint Augustine. Recommend Georgie’s for breakfast. Fish Camp for dinner. Everything is so close to city and sightseeing.

about a 5-10 minute walk to Old Town and the fort, less than 5 minute walks to great breakfast and lunch spots. parking is behind the property and not on the street, clean and new inside. couldnt have been happier with the rental.

Walk, walk and walk

We loved this little spot. Very clean and had everything we needed. Parked our vehicle and never drove anywhere for three days. Beautiful neighborhood walks everyday to historical Saint Augustine. So many great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Spectacular St. Augustine Location

I can’t say enough about this property. The grounds are beautiful, easy parking, the inside is simple and cozy with everything one would need. The location is absolutely perfect! The perfect spot

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay in St Augustine. It was walkable to just about everything but removed enough to be nice and quiet. Best place to stay in St. Augustine!

Amazing location and there’s parking. This is usually very tough in Saint Augustine. Last VRBO I stayed at parking was 6 blocks from unit so not convenient. This unit though is very clean, comfortable, and only 4 blocks from main part of town. Then you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic spot to enjoy St Augustine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Though small, it was perfect for our needs. We were particularly impressed with how close it is to every spot we needed to be at for a wedding weekend. We walked everywhere, and felt safe while doing so, even when coming home from a wedding reception at the Lightner Museum in the later evening. We have already shared a link for this property with two of our children (adults) and will be back next time we are in the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The Players Championship

57 Carrera St was my base for the week and what a fantastic little gem it was. Close enough to walk into Downtown St Augustine and also providing easy access to my journey to Sawgrass. There is nothing about the apartment that I can fault. Clean, well furnished with owners who are great at communicating and keen to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Very highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in booking again.
