1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Very nice apartment. Could not ask for a better location. The place was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. We also really liked the artwork on the walls. There’s a deck and a porch which were also just lovely. We were able to sit on the front porch and listen to the music coming from the wine bar across the street. We were very grateful to have a parking space that came with the apartment.

This place was absolutely fabulous the location was great.We were in the center of downtown St George st was only a block away as well as Flagler College and the Lightner Museum. There were so many great eating places. The VRBO was well appointed and clean I hope we left it that way. Greg was very responsive I hope we didn't bother him too much. The parking was perfect we could watch our car from the porch. The bed was most comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Location location. We were able to park and not move the car to explore all of historic St Augustine. The drive to the beach is short and easy. The apartment was excellent and the host quick to respond if needed. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.

We liked our stay and the accommodations were nice. We were surprised how noisy the other house guests were and how thin the walls were. We could hear everything at all hours.The other big negatives for us were the trash pickups and food delivery trucks. They started at 6am and continued for hours. So very noisy and disruptive.

The location is just half a block from St George Street, which is where we spend most of our time. The parking space across the street is a definite plus. We love sitting on the porch of an evening and watching the people go by. The glass coffee table in the living room will kill your shins if you're not careful. This was our second time staying there, and I'm sure it won't be our last.

Perfect location on this property. We were able to people watch from the front porch and the breezes were lovely. Short half block to St. George Street with all of St. Augustine walkable. Included parking was a huge bonus for me because driving around with pedestrians who aren’t paying attention always scares me. The only thing for us personally was the sound levels. We are early risers and the Keurig machine was super loud and I worried about other guests (but not enough to delay the caffeine!) Then when we were trying to go to sleep at 10:00, the stores and restaurants were very loud tossing the garbage in the dumpster in the parking lot. Great communication with owner and we would definitely recommend this property to others visiting St Augustine.

Everything was great except when the garbage trucks show up EARLY in the morning and are VERY LOUD and stay for a LONG TIME waking us up.Probably not going to stay here again which is sad because its a beautiful place and close to everything we wanted to do. If you don't mind being awaken and 5:30 in the morning to banging trash dumpsters and loud back up horns beeping that will wake the dead, then this is a great place to stay.
