1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown...charming And Cozy

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated first floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

1880 Victorian was Awesome

Extremely clean, roomy, well maintained, and tastefully decorated apartment. Lots of attention to detail was given to make this a comfortable stay. The location was incredible, just steps away from St. George St. and everything in the historic district. From there we took the trolley to the rest of town. It couldn’t have been more convenient. What a find! One of the best parts of our visit.

So walkable and great area!!

We had the best time staying here. The property owner was so responsive, and made the checkin process seamless. We were a 5 minute walk to everything, including restaurants, shopping, the White Room (wedding venue) and more!

Perfect location for a weekend away!

My best friend and I had a girl's weekend and stayed here. The location is right in the middle of anywhere you need to go. We could walk everywhere. The room was clean and inviting and the host was very responsive.

Perfect getaway

Quaint little unit, perfect size for a couple. All the furniture was in great shape. Very quiet neighborhood close walk to all the events. When it rain yesterday afternoon, it was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and listen to the rain and watch the people walking in the rain.

We were lucky enough to meet the owners upon arrival and they were super nice and we were able to see all of the layouts which were beautiful! There are three apartment rentals there. Ours on the first floor was very nice. I really liked the decor and we had everything we needed for our two-night stay! You are just steps away from all of the shopping, music, and restaurants. It's a great location!

Great location if you wish to be literally right downtown in the historic area . Place was homey and comfortable. Laundry facilities were a bonus. We parked the car and walked for three days , never needed the car :) . There are homeless hanging around the general area and noises from traffic - it is downtown after all . This did not bother us. Would stay there again
