The main house features a bright queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the second bedroom is a private guest suite tucked away in the backyard, offering extra privacy and a peaceful space to unwind. A sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests—perfect for families or small groups.
Step outside to a spacious, gated backyard patio with a built-in fire pit, dining table for six, and lounge seating—ideal for al fresco dinners, morning coffee, or evenings under the stars.

This is a very nice house and the hosts are very proactive in welcoming the guests - There is a carport that goes with the unit but street parking is also plentifulWe didn’t really use the kitchen or the washer but everything that is necessary seemed to be there The location is a few minutes walk from the beach and there are coffee shops and restaurants also very close by

The host was so kind, friendly, and responsive. This was easily the most seamless home rental experience I’ve ever had. The property is perfect for a group and is a true fit for the Venice neighbourhood vibe. 11/10 would recommend. We stayed with 2 couples and 1 baby, more than enough space. Only thing I would have changed is staying longer! Thanks so much for being a fantastic host Jakob!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful with any questions or concerns that came up. Finding the house in the dark was a bit tricky, but once we arrived, everything exceeded expectations.The house is beautifully decorated with a sense of casual luxury. Linens and towels were high-quality and plentiful, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped—with a high-functioning gas stove, excellent knives, quality utensils, and great coffee service. It made cooking and hosting effortless.My partner and I hosted my family, including a two-year-old who had plenty of safe space to run and play in the fenced backyard. The house gets lovely morning sunlight and comfortable shade in the afternoon. We really enjoyed having lunchtime meals at the large outdoor picnic table.Inside, the living room features a big TV and a very comfortable sofa. The location is ideal—just a couple of blocks off Abbot Kinney, with tons of restaurants and shops and easy access to everything. There’s also a great playground nearby, and it’s an easy walk to the famous Venice Canals, the boardwalk, skate park, Muscle Beach, and the beach itself.We would absolutely stay here again!

La maison est exceptionnelle dans tous les niveaux. Propreté au top, luminosité parfaite et tout le nécéssaire est à disposition. C'est un cocon que l'on adopte immédiatement. Extrêmement calme et safe, le quartier est propice à rayonner sur l'ensemble des quartiers côtiers du nord au sud. Aucun souci pour stationner, il y a toujours de la place. L'espace extérieur vous permet de vous poser sereinement après une journée de découverte. Je ne recherche dorénavant plus d'autre endroit pour séjourner.
