We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. Exactly what we needed for our trip to Universal. The house is only 10 minutes away from the park, very convenient. Everything was perfect! Crystal was helpful and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future!

We utilized Pargie's Place for our trip to Universal with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Kitchen space was great, 2 beds, 1 bunkbed, and air mattress was great for everyone. Coffee maker, washer & dryer, cooking utensils, and plenty of bath towels many other amenities. Communication was top notch responding within minutes and most certainly within the hour if we had any questions. I would recommend Pargie's Place for any family going to Universal.

Host was very kind and quick to reply with any questions that we had. I was not familiar with the area. This house is located right behind epic off of International Drive we were able to get to Universal Studios and SeaWorld within 10 minutes.

This property was perfect for our family of 6! The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained, ample space for the whole family. The kids loved the theater room! A huge benefit for us was the washer/dryer. Communication was very fast and friendly. Crystal is a fantastic host!
